Transfer of Vodafone Sim Ownership to your Name

To transfer vodafone sim ownership to your Name, submit ownership request form at nearest Vodafone store. The first thing you must do is collecting the Identity proof and address proof documents of both the parties. (ID and Address proof documents of both current owner and yours) and submit along with request form.

For attention of Transferee:

  • For vodafone to process your request, please ensure you complete the transfer process by submitting this form along with complete set of documents 72 hours prior to the above mentioned Bill date at any of the nearest Vodafone stores. Do note that the request will stand void if not adhered to within the timeline mentioned and a new Change of Ownership Request form needs to be submitted.
  • The Value-Added Services are NOT TRANSFERABLE to the Transferee and the Transferee explicitly agrees for the same. Your current Value Added Services (if any, e.g. Caller tune, International Roaming) will not be carried forward automatically. Do request for these services while filling the Tariff form.
  • The Transferee undertakes to discharge all obligations regarding the aforesaid connection and to pay Vodafone India Limited all other dues, bills (outstanding), charges, statutory levies or payment of any kind payable prior or subsequent to and arising out of the above connection within three days of demand for the same without demur or protest. The transferee agrees to keep Vodafone India Limited indemnified towards all losses/damages in respect thereof.
  • The transfer of the aforesaid facility (partly or in full) is subject to the fulfilling of the transferee of Vodafone India Limited criteria and it is agreed that Vodafone India Limited decision regarding the above request for transfer shall be final and binding.
  • Transferee agrees to sign the Customer Agreement form and do not object to the verification if required.
  • Incase the transferee requests for change of ownership beyond the date as mentioned by the transferor above, all dues pertaining to the said period will be cleared by the transferee.
  • Physical presence of Transferee is mandatory

Checklist for Transferor & Transferee: Documents –

Company paid to Individual: Note: All forms below are mandatory. Do carry originals for verification purpose

  • Customer Agreement Form (CAF) to be resubmitted
  • Transfer of Ownership form signed by the new user(Available at the store)
  • 1 Passport size photograph with signature affixed across on the Customer Agreement Form (CAF)
  • Self-attested copy of recent Identity (POI) and Address proof (POA)
  • Scheme form stating the required tariff plan post change in ownership
  • NOC/ Deactivation request from the authorized signatory ***

  • Smart SIM (Can be used as Normal and Micro SIM)
  • Nano SIM Request for plan change once moved to individual account: In case you wish to continue with your earlier corporate tariff benefits,

please ensure you also submit the below mentioned documents:

  • Email from your official email ID
  • Copy of your Company ID card
